Since our goal is to highlight the best features of each property, and to market those features to the best audience, we have to present each investment property differently. We leverage every technology available, from email to websites to good old fashioned direct mail campaigns to get your property maximum exposure. Below you will find some different steps that we employ:

 
  1. Utilize numerous market resources and local market experience to provide you with an accurate value and help educate you about current market conditions. By pricing properties appropriately this allows us to generate more buyer activity which, in turn, equals a quicker sale!

  2. If your property is currently underperforming we can recommend a professional management company to help stabilize your investment.

  3. On single family homes, we place For Sale signs, complete with flyers that are accessible to drive-by prospects.

  4. Optimize your properties internet presence by posting it on not only the MLS, but numerous popular investor websites such as  www.propertyline.com, www.loopnet.comwww.CIMLS.com, www.CGCommercialGroup.com www.catylist.com, and www.RE/MAX.comBy using www.point2NLS.com, your listing gets syndicated to thousands of extra potential buyers!

  5. Create a marketing brochure with all property info and photo’s that is sent via email, and/or direct mail, to over 3,000 investors and hundreds of active buyers!

  6. Distribute brochures to local Brokers that are active in commercial sales.

  7. Provide you weekly/bi-weekly updates detailing our marketing efforts, including comments from prospective buyers and agents that have inquired about your property.
